Well rounded book on prospecting and sales. I like the advice on leveraging text messaging and social media for prospecting. My favorite quote is "When you decide not to read; you are making the conscious choice to limit your growth and income."

Warren Buffett’s Top 8 Activities
Charlie Munger wrote a letter containing this list of Warren Buffett's eight reserved activities. My favorite one is: "His first priority would be reservation of much time for quiet reading and thinking, particularly that which might advance his determined learning, no matter how old he became." The post contains a list of all eight.
Everyone Communicates Few Connect Book Summary
This is one of my best books of 2018. Short but highly concentrated. Almost every sentence left me wanting to take notes. My favorite quote and key takeaway from the book is "The ability to connect with others begins with understanding the value of people."
Verbal Judo Book Summary
Contains both philosophical and tactical advice. Filled with stories and anecdotes from George's law enforcement career. The explanation in chapter 5 of three types of people, nice, difficult and wimps, was eye opening and helped me in my relationships with several people.

The Richest Man in Babylon Book Summary
The Richest Man in Babylon is written in story form; fun to read and easy to understand regardless of your financial education. It's a concise book and hard to put down once you start reading. The key concept is "Money is plentiful for those who understand the simple laws which govern its acquisition."
The House of Morgan Book Summary
The premise of the book according to the author is that "the story of The House of Morgan is the story of modern finance." My favorite quote from the books is "Morgan bank tellers have a million dollar smile, they only smile if you have a million dollars."
