- Performance reviews for staff complete.
- Filed taxes for 2018.
Losses
- Not meeting the target of 7 hours of sleep each night.
- Missed using Full Focus Planner one day, didn’t work on it first thing after processing email inbox.
Fixes
- Use Full Focus Planner in the morning immediately after processing my email inbox, following my planned morning routine.
- Close email from 8:00-9:30 am after processing inbox.
- Extend morning time block 9-9:45 am.
